[She makes good time using her motorcycle, even pulling in a few minutes early but she finds him easily enough.]

I... no, it’s a perfectly reasonable question. Everything happened so fast, I just... didn’t want to see anyone else get hurt. She acted in my defense so... my instinct was that I should be the one to take responsibility for that.

Why is that? She is master of her own actions, is she not?

Well... I enjoy baking, reading and stargazing for starters. I also try to get out to the onsen once in a while to relax, but that doesn’t always happen.

When is the last time you've been?

Ah... it’s... probably been close to a month now, actually.
