[She didn't want it to end yet either. Her room - specifically her bed, much to her embarrassment - had plenty of room for snuggling should they choose to do so.]

[Not that anyone on Pep would ever deny them that. She just liked being in the comfort of her own room. She takes Serenity by the hand, leading her down the hall to the bedrooms until stopping in front of her own to open the door.]
I had it upgraded a while ago, so there's space for us to sit or if we wanted to keep cuddling like in the theater.
[When Serenity steps inside she'll see what looks like a regular girl's dorm, save for the addition of a canopy bed, a reading nook, and a tea table with seats to entertain. Ren had never had anyone in here save for her mother and occasionally the girls on Pep. She tended to keep this space to herself.]
[Compared to her own room, Serenity happened to think this was really cute. If she'd really stopped to think about her own living condition, honestly this wasn't far off from the kind of thing she'd like.]

Please. Actually, I thought of something you might like that I got from fanmail. I think everyone may have gotten one, but it made me think of you.
[She smiles warmly, releasing Serenity's hand so that she can dig something out of her closet and set it towards the end of the bed before turning it on. She moves back to the lights, dimming them so that it's as if they're back in the theater again, this time with little stars to greet them as they sparkled across the ceiling.]
I want to cuddle longer, if you're happy to stay.
[She reaches for Serenity's hand, kicking off her shoes before gently coaxing her towards the bed so that they can lay on it together.]
I know... the first time we spent together at Bad End had been a little sad. Even so, being under the stars like that with you made me really happy. Meeting you... I'm really glad that I have someone as special as you in my life.
[She smiles findly, teasing Serenity's bangs with her fingers. It starts with a kiss do the top of her head before leading to a soft brush of her lips over Serenity's.]
I got to experience something as fun as a date with you for the first time. Kissing... desiring your blood too.
[Her arms wrap around Serenity as she settles in, content to cuddle and kiss if she likes that as well.]
[Those sweet words really mean a lot to her. It hadn't been the nicest of things that brought them together, but that meeting had been one of the greatest things to come out of that experience. Enough so that she didn't regret it one bit.
She tilts her head to kiss Ren, smiling up at her fondly.]
We may have done things a little backwards but-- we really have come a long way since then. I'm really happy that I got to meet you that day too.
[Her mouth presses more firmly against Serenity's, answering her kiss. Being able to relax like this, snuggled up in bed with just the two of them was enough to make her heart race just a bit.]
Mm. We did, but I'm happy we did things the way we have. I'm happy I got to finally take you on a date.
[She kisses her once more before shifting in the bed so that her lips are able to reach her cheek, her throat.]
I learned something else about myself, since meeting you. I didn't realize what it was to have my thirst satisfied until you let me taste your blood.
[She had drank Ai's blood and that had been satisfying but without it she felt fragmented. Having fallen for Serenity, she felt as if she could finally be sated again, that she had found a companion who understood her and wasn't afraid of her thirst.]
[There are some romantic things you expect or hope to hear... and then there are the ones that you don't expect and catch you off guard.
Being told that her blood satisfied Ren in a way that no one else's had-- it surprises her just how much she likes the sound of that. It's not something she'd ever admit, but she's never believed that she was special or irreplaceable to anyone before. There was nothing special about her. There was nothing she could give them that someone else couldn't-- and maybe even better.
So this... she's not sure if she can fully believe it, but at the same time... it's one of the sweetest things she's ever heard.]
[She smiles to herself, tracing the veins along her throat with her fingertips. Part of her was curious if Serenity doubted her words, but she didn't question it. She wasn't turned off by it and that was enough for her.]
